We are a highly experienced group of engineers and entrepreneurs. Our team members have held key roles at Equinix, Macquarie Bank, Goldman Sachs, Digital Pacific, JP Morgan, Hostopia, Citigroup and the Australian Government, bringing deep, diversified expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Energy Infrastructure, Cloud Computing and Capital Markets.

James is the CEO of SHARON AI.
His career has spanned over 22 years across technology, finance, property development and funds management.
James has built and monetized over 300MW of energy infrastructure across Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas and Australia.
James has completed a Master of Business (Finance) and a Master’s in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Accounting from ACU.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors (FAICD), and a Fellow of Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).

Andrew began his career with Macquarie Bank (ASX:MQG) in 2007 where he served for 8 years in the Corporate and Asset Finance division.
He then embarked on several entrepreneurial endeavors developing aviation leasing technology whilst serving on the board of ISI Australia, a provider of mainframe and cloud platform solutions.
Andrew was CEO of Distributed Storage Solutions prior to its acquisition by SHARON AI.

Nick has over 18 yearsโ experience across financial markets, technology and energy infrastructure.
Starting his career at multi-billion-dollar asset manager Bell Financial Group (ASX:BFG) where he served for 12 years before building and managing 100 modular data centres across 200MW of energy infrastructure in the USA and Australia while working in a senior leadership role at a NASDAQ-listed digital infrastructure company.

Tim has over a decade of experience across corporate finance, accounting, business, asset management and operations in both public and private companies.
Tim most recently served as Chief Corporate Officer for a NASDAQ-listed digital infrastructure company, responsible for building and managing over 120MW of data centre infrastructure across the USA and Australia.

Dan Mons brings over two decades of leadership experience in the technology sector across 10 countries.
He has led the technical design, security planning, and training teams for government, AI/ML, media, HPC, research, finance, and software development in Australia, the US, the UK, Asia, and Europe. Dan is committed to driving effective change while maintaining security objectives and ensuring team members deliver business success and meet customer needs.

Wolf Schubert is the Country Manager – USA of SHARON AI. His career has spanned over 25 years across technology, capital markets and risk management (Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch).
Most recently he ran part of the institutional business at BlockFi, a fintech startup. Before that he held senior roles at Vista Equity Partners and Strategic Value Partners, where he was Chief Risk Officer.

Ross has over 25 years of capital markets experience in both the US and Australia, where he was most recently Head of Technology Equity Research at Wilsons Advisory. Prior to his 5 years at Wilsons, he was at Citigroup for 14 years, where he was Head of Small Caps Research.
Ross is best known for his combined knowledge of both financial markets and digital infrastructure, the result of 19 years of equity research and 13 years of continuous coverage of NextDC, one of SharonAI’s key partners.

Tim Flahvin is a corporate and commercial lawyer with particular expertise in securities law. Formerly a partner at a large Australian law firm, he acted for numerous public listed companies and regularly advised on initial public offerings, rights issues and takeovers.
In addition to transactional work, Tim advised extensively on all aspects of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules. Tim has been recognised by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in Australia in the area of Corporate Law. He has also been recognised in Doyles Guide, as a recommended lawyer in Corporate Law and as a leading lawyer in Corporate/ M&A legal market in New South Wales.

Kathleen Manning brings more than a decade of management and people-leadership experience across hospitality, health, and professional services. With formal qualifications in Business and Psychology, she blends commercial strength with a deep understanding of human behaviour to create engaged, high-performing teams and sustainable organisational culture.
Kathleen has held senior leadership roles including Director at Defender Asset Management and Head of HR for the Defender Tourism Fund, where she oversaw large, multi-site teams, modernised HR systems, strengthened compliance frameworks, and supported rapid business expansion. She has also completed the AICD Company Secretary Course, enhancing her governance and executive-level capability.
Kathleen now leads the HR function at SHARON AI, bringing her strategic mindset, operational excellence, and people-first approach to support the organisationโs growth and culture as it scales.

Linton is a recognized growth leader in the Australian and APAC tech landscape with over 25 years of leadership at global technology icons including IBM, Microsoft, and Rackspace. Most recently serving as CRO at Vault Cloud, he brings specialized expertise in scaling high-security, critical infrastructure. At SHARON AI, Linton spearheads global commercial operations and revenue strategy, ensuring sovereign AI infrastructure scales to meet the mission-critical needs of enterprise and government partners.

Mr. Woodward is the founder of MHW Capital Management, LLC, a position he has held since September 2005.
From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Woodward was the Managing Director for Regan Fund Management, LLC. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Cartesian, Inc. from June 2015 to July 2018, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee for TSS, Inc., as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Precision Optics Corporation, and as the CEO of Innovative Power, LLC.
Prior to founding MHW Capital Management, Mr. Woodward served as an economist for the Council of Economic Advisors at the White House. Mr. Woodward holds a BA in economics from Colgate University and a Masters of International Affairs with a concentration in international economics and finance from Columbia University.
He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Alastair Cairnsโ three-decade career spans technology, asset and wealth management, and consulting.
Alastair is currently the Head of Asset Management, North America at Linedata, based in New York. He spent five years at Addepar, a provider of reporting and analytics software for wealth managers, where he served as head of marketplace and president of Acervus Securities.
He joined Addepar from Credit Suisse, where he held executive positions in strategy, product, and M&A for nearly a decade. Before that, he was head of business development at Silver Point Capital, a credit hedge fund. Alastair began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to partner in the financial services practice.
Born and raised in Canada, he holds degrees in Physics and Economics from Queenโs University in Canada and an MA in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Drew Kelton is a global business leader and professional board director.
With over 40 yearsโ experience in the ICT and telecommunications arena, he has held senior operational roles in the UK, Europe, India, Australasia, and, most recently, the US. In addition to executive leadership roles in global organisations, he has also been responsible for startups, M&A transactions, and IPOs for several companies. Drew would describe himself as a โprofessional entrepreneurโ.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Science with commendation in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Western Scotland. He is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Benjamin Adams has been a Director of the Company since February 22, 2026. Mr Adams is a public company general counsel, board and CEO adviser and global regulatory leader. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU) where he advises its board of directors and board committees on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, SEC disclosure, executive compensation and enterprise risk while also leading Western Unionโs global legal, regulatory, public policy, ethics and compliance, Intellectual Property and privacy functions. Mr Adams previously served as Vice President, Legal at PayPal Inc. (NASDAQ: PYPL), as Assistant General Counsel and Head of Legal, Global Consumer Group, at Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT), and as Head of Legal, Americas Region, at Nokia Corporation (NYSE: NOK). Prior to going in-house, Mr Adams was an attorney at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Mr. Penn is a global business and technology leader with deep and broad expertise across financial, technology, telecommunications, digital and physical infrastructure. Mr. Penn is a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Coles Group (ASX:COL) and Chair of Visit Victoria. He is also a Senior Adviser with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Penn was formerly the CEO of Telstra (2015-2022) (ASX:TLS), CEO of AXA Asia Pacific Holdings (2006-2011) and Chair of the Expert Advisory Boards for Australiaโs 2020 and 2023 National Cyber Security Strategies. Mr. Penn was named an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) in the 2023 Australia Day honours for distinguished services to business, charitable organisations, youth and the arts.

Prior to joining SHARON AI, Tal served as CEO of Kraken US (Payward Ventures Inc). Here he applied for licenses in all relevant US States and territories, and obtained Kraken's first 17 Money Transmitter Licenses, while growing the business rapidly in terms of trading volumes and customers.
