General Introduction

Benjamin Adams has been a Director of the Company since February 22, 2026. Mr Adams is a public company general counsel, board and CEO adviser and global regulatory leader. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU) where he advises its board of directors and board committees on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, SEC disclosure, executive compensation and enterprise risk while also leading Western Union’s global legal, regulatory, public policy, ethics and compliance, Intellectual Property and privacy functions. Mr Adams previously served as Vice President, Legal at PayPal Inc. (NASDAQ: PYPL), as Assistant General Counsel and Head of Legal, Global Consumer Group, at Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT), and as Head of Legal, Americas Region, at Nokia Corporation (NYSE: NOK). Prior to going in-house, Mr Adams was an attorney at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

A dedicated advocate for skills based volunteering, as well as economic and social empowerment, Ben serves on the Board of Directors of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) and the Board of Counselors of Equal Justice Works. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from The George Washington University.

Collaborated with CEO Americas to develop regional strategy and implement business initiatives, initially focusing on US private banking and Asset Management, then moved to CSAM in 2008.

2008-2012: Asset Management: Head of Strategy, M&A, and Product Development; CEO Americas
Collaborated with CEO to create a leaner, more profitable AM Division post-crisis, shifting business mix, reducing headcount, and delivering capital back to Credit Suisse.

2013-2016: Private Banking & Wealth Management: Head Global Product Management; Co-Head Global Products and Solutions
Managed a global private bank’s banking, lending, investment, and wealth planning products, managing 600 employees globally, merging with Solutions Partners in 2015, and reporting directly to CEOs.

Head of Strategy at  Silver Point Capital 

Identified and launched new business opportunities for a multi-strategy credit hedge fund with over $8 billion in AUM, working closely with the founding partners.

Managed consulting teams, co-led client relationships, and focused on investment banking, asset management, and wealth management within FIG. Promoted from Analyst to Principal, transferred to New York in 2000.
