Sharon AI Taps New Era Helium for Net-Zero Powerhouse in the Permian Basin

Sharon AI has announced plans to partner with New Era Helium Corp. to develop a 90MW net-zero energy data centre in the Permian Basin, Texas. This initiative reflects Sharon AI’s focus on high-performance computing and sustainable innovation in the AI and cloud sectors.

The 50/50 joint venture will leverage Sharon AI’s expertise in Tier III data centre design and New Era Helium’s energy infrastructure capabilities. The project will integrate advanced liquid cooling techniques, carbon capture technology, and cutting-edge GPU architecture to support demanding AI and high-performance computing workloads.

With planning and scoping now complete, this collaboration signals a major step forward in merging advanced computing with sustainable energy solutions.
