Ross Barrows
General Introduction
Background
Prior to joining SHARON AI in 2025, Ross was an Equity Research Analyst who headed up Wilsons Advisory’s Technology Research franchise in Melbourne, Australia. Ross has more than 25 years’ experience in financial services having worked in both Australia and the US. He joined Wilsons Advisory in mid-2020 and before that, spent ~14 years at Citigroup, where he led the Small Cap Equity Research franchise. Prior to Citigroup, he worked in both Corporate Finance and High Net Worth advisory roles in Melbourne and San Francisco (Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and then Thomas Weisel Partners).

He was best known for his insights into the data centre and digital infrastructure sectors, where he published the Feb-26 report titled “GenAI to Drive ‘Gen-Sational’ Growth, and 2026 Could be the Year of Agentic AI?”.
