Sharon AI Taps New Era Helium for Net-Zero Powerhouse in the Permian Basin

Sharon AI has announced plans to partner with New Era Helium Corp. to develop a 90MW net-zero energy data centre in the Permian Basin, Texas. This initiative reflects Sharon AI’s focus on high-performance computing and sustainable innovation in the AI and cloud sectors.

The 50/50 joint venture will leverage Sharon AI’s expertise in Tier 3 data centre design and New Era Helium’s energy infrastructure capabilities. The project will integrate advanced liquid cooling techniques, carbon capture technology, and cutting-edge GPU architecture to support demanding AI and high-performance computing workloads.

With planning and scoping now complete, this collaboration signals a major step forward in merging advanced computing with sustainable energy solutions.
