  • Integrate telemetry from physical data centre systems including power, cooling and environmental controls

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in large-scale, high-performance or distributed compute environments
  • Strong understanding of HPC architectures, including clusters, GPU/CPU workloads and parallel computing frameworks
  • Experience with high-speed networking technologies such as InfiniBand, RDMA or low-latency Ethernet
  • Deep knowledge of observability tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk or ELK

What You’ll Be Doing

Enterprise Customer Ownership

  • Act as SHARON AI’s primary relationship owner across strategic APAC enterprise accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with both technical and executive-level customer stakeholders
  • Lead customer engagement across onboarding, operational delivery and ongoing success initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor helping customers maximise value from SHARON AI’s AI infrastructure capabilities

Strategic Customer Success

  • Drive long-term customer adoption, retention and expansion opportunities through strategic engagement and partnership
  • Identify customer risk signals early and coordinate proactive resolution strategies
  • Support high-priority incidents and escalations with professionalism, urgency and composure
  • Partner closely with platform, operations and leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Commercial & Regional Growth

  • Build executive-level customer relationships that support long-term platform adoption and account growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience within Customer Success, Technical Account Management or Enterprise Service Delivery roles
  • Strong background supporting enterprise customers within cloud, infrastructure, SaaS or AI-related environments
  • Native or highly fluent Mandarin language capability alongside strong business English communication skills
  • Experience supporting customers across China and/or broader Southeast Asia highly regarded
