This is a foundational role that goes beyond traditional administration; it requires a commercially astute professional who can manage complexity and represent SHARON AI with absolute discretion at the highest levels of industry and government.
The Role
This is a high-visibility position reporting directly to the CEO. You will be a critical enabler of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Executive Office.

You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, including board members, investors, and global partners, with professionalism and judgment.
What Youโll Be Working On
- Strategic Support: Partnering with the CEO to manage priorities, track action items, and ensure timely completion of board and leadership mandates.
- Global Coordination: Managing complex, dynamic calendars and international travel itineraries across multiple time zones.
- Executive Communication: Reviewing and formatting confidential reports, presentations, and briefing materials for investors and stakeholders.
- Meeting Governance: Preparing agendas, minutes, board packs for Board and Leadership meetings, ensuring the Executive Office remains organised and responsive.
Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
- Act as a strategic partner, anticipating needs and proactively managing workflow and planning.
- Track actions and follow-ups from key meetings to ensure executive accountability.
- Assist with business projects, initiatives, and ad hoc strategic tasks as required.
Logistics & Operations
- Manage complex multi-party scheduling across local and international time zones.
- Organise domestic and international travel packs, including comprehensive agendas and documentation.
- Coordinate high-level meetings involving room bookings, catering, and hybrid/VC technology setups.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between Executives and internal/external stakeholders (Investors, Board Members, Advisors).
- Liaise professionally with portfolio companies and external partners, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Screen and prioritise emails and correspondence to protect the CEO’s time.
What Weโre Looking For
- Strong Judgment: Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity.
- Proactive Mindset: A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and complexity management.
- Operational Excellence: Exceptional organisational skills with a “calm under pressure” demeanour.

- Essentials: 5โ10+ yearsโ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.

- Capability: Strong project planning, scheduling, and budgeting capability.

Short Intro About the Job
About SHARON AI
SHARON AI is an Australian sovereign Neocloud and NVIDIA Cloud Partner. We design, build and operate large-scale CPU and GPU compute infrastructure hosted in Australian data centres, on Australian soil.
Our platform supports everything from bare-metal GPU-as-a-Service through to higher-level software platforms used for AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing workloads. We are entering our fourth year of operation with a growing delivery pipeline and a strong technical reputation.
As the business scales, we are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to bring structure, clarity and accountability across complex technical delivery.
The Role
You will own SHARON AI’s NeoCloud Platform-as-a-Service product portfolio. This suite of integrated software offers will be built on NVIDIA’s reference architecture and make sovereign AI infrastructure accessible, manageable, and enterprise-ready. Rather than selling raw compute, SHARON AI’s differentiation lies in the opinionated, integrated environments and tooling we build on top of the stack, reducing complexity for enterprise customers and accelerating their path to productive AI deployment.
As NeoCloud Product Manager, you will define what those integrated offers look like, drive their delivery, and ensure they solve real problems for enterprise buyers.
This role reports directly to the CTO and suits someone who understands both the technical depth of GPU infrastructure and the organisational realities of selling into enterprise.
Responsibilities
Integrated Offer Development
- Define, own, and evolve a portfolio of integrated PaaS offers built on NVIDIA’s reference architecture including NVIDIA AI Enterprise, DGX Cloud, Base Command, and related blueprints
- Translate NVIDIA reference designs into opinionated, enterprise-ready product configurations that reduce deployment complexity and time-to-value for customers
- Identify gaps between raw NVIDIA platform capabilities, what enterprise customers actually need and lead a matrixed team to build the software, tooling, automation, and documentation layers to close them
- Work closely with NVIDIA’s product and partner teams to stay ahead of reference architecture changes and incorporate new capabilities into SHARON AI’s offer roadmap
- Package offers clearly for commercial teams โ defining what’s included, how it’s differentiated, and how it’s priced and positioned
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the NeoCloud PaaS roadmap, balancing enterprise customer commitments, NVIDIA platform evolution, and SHARON AI’s sovereign AI positioning
- Prioritise development effort, distinguishing between features that genuinely differentiate the integrated offer and those that are better sourced from NVIDIA or third-party vendors
- Track competitive NeoCloud and GPU cloud offerings to ensure SHARON AI’s integrated stack remains compelling to enterprise buyers
Delivery & Release Management
- Drive predictable, high-quality delivery of platform releases across distributed engineering teams
- Establish release processes appropriate for enterprise customers, including change management, version compatibility, and structured onboarding for new offer releases
- Provide clear, real-time reporting on product delivery status to the CTO and senior leadership
Enterprise Customer Engagement
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their operational environments, integration requirements, and barriers to adoption
- Use customer insight to continuously refine integrated offers to ensure SHARON AI’s platform fits into real enterprise IT and procurement workflows
- Work with customer success and sales engineering to ensure offers are well-documented, supportable, and deliver on their promise post-sale
- Champion internal use of the platform to build genuine product empathy and surface practical improvement opportunities
Demonstrated Experience & Skills
Essential
- 5+ years in product management within a B2B SaaS or PaaS environment
- Experience building or managing integrated software products on top of a vendor or partner platform (e.g. building on top of AWS, Azure, VMware, or similar)
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT buying behaviour, procurement cycles, and what “enterprise-ready” means in practice (e.g. documentation, SLAs, support tiers, compliance, etc..)
- Proven ability to work with engineering teams day-to-day, with enough technical fluency to engage credibly on architecture decisions and trade-offs
- Track record of taking integrated products from concept through to GA with measurable customer adoption
- Experience reporting to and communicating with C-level stakeholders
- Strong skills in packaging and positioning complex technical products for commercial teams and enterprise buyers
Highly Regarded
- Direct experience with NVIDIA’s platform ecosystem (e.g. NVIDIA AI Enterprise, DGX, Base Command Manager, NIM, or related reference architectures)
- Background in GPU cloud, HPC, MLOps, or AI infrastructure products
- Familiarity with sovereign cloud, data residency, or regulated enterprise environments
- Experience working within or alongside a technology partner program (ISV, CSP, or similar)
- Prior engineering or solutions architecture background
What Success Looks Like in Year One
- A clearly defined portfolio of integrated NeoCloud offers is documented, commercially packaged, and actively being sold within the first 90 days
- Enterprise customers can move from contract to productive workload faster, with measurably reduced onboarding friction
- SHARON AI’s offer roadmap is visibly and credibly aligned with NVIDIA and SHARON AI partner platform evolution
- Engineering effort is focused on differentiated integration work rather than rebuilding what NVIDIA already provides
- Internal teams are running on the same platform we sell, and that feedback loop is actively improving the product
Why Work at SHARON AI
- Genuine work-life balance: We believe family comes first, and we operate with the flexibility to back that up.
- A high-performance culture: Our team is capable, direct, and respectful. We value efficiency and output over hours at a desk.
- High standards, real support: You will be given the autonomy to lead, backed by a team that wants you to succeed.
- Shape the future: As we enter our next phase of growth, you will have direct influence over how our customer success function evolves.
- Building the future of AI in Australia: We are building something rareโa true sovereign Cloud and AI ecosystem. This is your chance to be part of it from the ground up.
