James Manning is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience across technology, finance, and infrastructure. As the Chairman of Sharon AI, James is leading the company’s efforts to revolutionize AI infrastructure, leveraging his deep expertise in data centers and energy infrastructure.
James has held leadership roles across multiple industries, most notably founding Mawson Infrastructure Group , where he oversaw the development of over 100 Modular Data Centers across 200 MW of energy capacity in the USA. His academic background includes a Master’s in Finance and Property Development, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. James is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).
